    Beautiful store, wonderful selection. Customer service, POOR. My washer and dryer were delivered to the store on a Tuesday, as promised. Problem is they "lost the ticket"which is usually kept in a folder with the customers contact information. The appliances had my name on them, and apparently no one bothered to check the computer which had my receipt and of course contact info. Nor could they consult a phone book. I was told I could come pick them up, and had to tell them no, your delivery person was to contact me for a delivery time.When I complained about the bad customer service, the gentleman said, "No its not!" Really?
